Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B), with preference for holders of Master of Laws (LL.M) and/or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Law, with specialization in constitutional law, corporate law, ICT law, regulatory/administrative law, or commercial law.
Experience: Licensed advocate with at least 15 years (POE) standing at the Bar, eligible to practice before High Courts or Supreme Court of Pakistan, demonstrating substantial court appearances, handling high-profile litigation before superior courts, including constitutional cases.
Max age: 55 years
